1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. License & Intellectual Property

StockAlerts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, informational purposes only. All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, data, and content remain the property of StockAlerts or its licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service without express written permission.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from StockAlerts software or services. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to the service or data without express written permission from StockAlerts.

3. Subscription Plans & Trial

StockAlerts offers Silver and Gold subscription plans at this time. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation of a subscription will not result in pro-rated refunds. Your subscription will continue through the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to receive service during that time.

Some subscription plans offer a trial period. During this period, you may cancel at any time to avoid charges. Billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled.

4. Alerts, Data, and Accuracy

StockAlerts delivers alerts and stock information over web, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. While we strive for accuracy, all information is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

Reporting information is based on live snapshots. Due to timing, network delays, or market conditions, numbers may differ from other services. Stock prices are approximations at the time the snapshot is taken.

Delivery of alerts via third-party communication platforms (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) is inherently unreliable. Delays, missed messages, or failed delivery may occur. Users should not rely solely on alerts for time-sensitive or detailed financial decisions.

The proper functioning of StockAlerts depends on your device, internet connection, operating system, and messaging platforms. StockAlerts is not responsible for failures, delays, or missed alerts due to device malfunction, connectivity issues, or third-party platform outages.

We use best efforts to generate and deliver alerts promptly; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by network issues, service outages, or third-party communication failures.

We use best efforts to maintain data accuracy but provide no guarantees. Changes to user settings, preferences, or configurations may take several hours to propagate and become active.

5. Use of Aggregated Data

We may analyze user behavior, alert selections, settings, subscription choices, and transaction-like patterns (including which stocks you follow and how you interact with the platform). This information may be aggregated and anonymized to generate trends, which may be sold, licensed, or shared with third parties. No personally identifiable information is included.

5a. Data Source & Licensing

Some stock prices and market data we provide come from third-party data providers (such as exchanges or licensed APIs). You agree not to redistribute, resell, or reuse raw data from these providers, except as expressly permitted by StockAlerts or the provider's terms. Any derivative or commercial use of this data is prohibited without written permission.

6. Communications

By using StockAlerts, you consent to receive communications regarding your account, subscription, or service updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.

6a. Messaging Consent & Compliance

By providing your phone number, WhatsApp account, or email, you consent to receive messages and alerts through these channels. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe links or instructions provided in messages. StockAlerts will comply with applicable messaging regulations (e.g., TCPA) and industry best practices. Message delivery may be delayed or blocked due to carrier, network, or platform restrictions.

7. Acceptable Use & Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the service, redistribute alerts or data, scrape the platform, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes. The service is for personal, informational use only and should not be used for professional trading or investment advisory purposes unless you are properly licensed.

7a. Fair Use & Inactivity

StockAlerts reserves the right to limit the frequency of alerts, notifications, or service usage to prevent abuse or overload of our systems. Inactive accounts (accounts with no login or interaction for extended periods, typically 90 days) may be suspended or deactivated at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

StockAlerts is not liable for any losses, damages, missed alerts, or missed financial opportunities resulting from delays, inaccuracies, outages, or reliance on the data we provide. You use the platform at your own risk.

8a. Informational Use Only

StockAlerts provides information for personal, educational, or informational purposes only. StockAlerts is not a registered broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. You should not rely solely on alerts or data provided by StockAlerts to make financial decisions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockAlerts and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service, violation of this agreement, or illegal use of alerts or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or unlawful activity. Upon termination or suspension of your account, your license and access to StockAlerts services cease immediately. StockAlerts may delete or anonymize your account data at its discretion. You are responsible for exporting any personal data you wish to retain before termination. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Support & Maintenance

StockAlerts may provide updates, maintenance, and improvements at our discretion. We do not guarantee continuous service or 24/7 availability. Temporary outages or interruptions may occur and are not considered a breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of StockAlerts is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

13. Changes to Terms & Service

We may update these Terms of Service, features, or data sources at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13a. Service Modifications & Discontinuation

StockAlerts may modify, update, or discontinue any feature, data feed, or service at any time without notice. StockAlerts is not liable for any consequences arising from such modifications or discontinuation. Platform compatibility may change over time; continued use may require updated devices or software versions.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StockAlerts operates. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law, and you agree to the jurisdiction of local courts or arbitration as specified by StockAlerts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
